Job Overview

This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for contracts, legal, or commercial operations. You will work closely with our Legal, Commercial, and Project teams to support various commercial and legal matters.

About the Role
  • Reviewing and drafting supplier and client contracts, including rate increase letters and variation notices.
  • Assisting with RFQs, subcontractor agreements, and tender packages.
  • Maintaining contract and commercial registers.
  • Supporting project cost tracking and variation management.
  • Providing secretariat support to the General Counsel (meeting agendas, minutes, reports, correspondence).
  • Helping ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements.
