Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the commercial function, you will support the in-house General Counsel with contract management, review, and drafting.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting contracts, rate increase letters, and variation notices. You will also assist with RFQs, subcontractor agreements, tender packages, and maintaining contract registers. Additionally, you will provide secretariat support to the General Counsel and contribute to project cost tracking and variation management.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project systems is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in contracts, legal, project administration, or commercial support. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role, please apply.
