About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Beauty Consultant to join our Adelaide Pharmacy team. As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will play a critical role in enabling us to deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on health and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to provide a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
