About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Cumberland Park, working with the Clinique brand. As a sales-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising on health and beauty products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, advising on a range of health and beauty products.
  • Suggest products that meet customers' needs and close sales.
  • Explain how products work and demonstrate how to use them.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on building a solid client base.
  • Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in beauty.
  • Manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately.

Requirements

  • Previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Inventory management.
  • Sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Brand knowledge.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to supply or undergo a police check prior to commencement.
