Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
* Making every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
* Ensuring customer transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
* Maintaining a beautifully presented and well-stocked store environment to ensure customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience.
* Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

* Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills in line with a prestige brand.
* Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
* Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
* Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
* Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
