We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to fill this challenging role within our Transformation department. This hybrid position requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Job SummaryIn this position, you will conduct thorough assessments of current processes, systems, roles & responsibilities, and organisational structures. You will develop solutions to address these issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process simplification, standardisation, automation/digital opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders and brokers to map the current end-to-end landscape/processes.
- Conduct discovery assessments and analyse associated data to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, centralisation & right-shoring.
- Create a summary of findings and proposed recommendations from the discovery assessment to gain leadership alignment.
- Support the creation of business cases with inputs from key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of benefits in-line with the business case and assist in regional and central reporting for the project.
- Strong background in business analysis, organisational design, and process improvement.
- A proven track record in driving continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in developing implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training materials.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
