Expert Employment Services Leadership

We are seeking a skilled Inclusive Employment Services Manager to lead our team in shaping the future of employment services.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build an evidence-based service from the ground up, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

We have two positions available in Canberra, one role each at our offices. Both roles are scheduled to commence soon.

About the Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
  • Invest in your team's development through coaching, training, and career growth opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • A current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances.
