Job Description\

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our organization to the community. You will work closely with customers to help them with their banking needs and deliver exceptional customer service in an environment that is challenging and fast-paced.

\

Supporting our retail branches, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our branch. Whether it's to open an account, inquire about products, or manage their finances, you'll be involved in every aspect of the customer journey by helping them find solutions to their financial needs through our products, services, and advice.

\

Every day is different in our branches, and as well as providing great customer service, you will have the opportunity to gain leadership skills, develop your career path, and work in a diverse team environment.

\

Working hours will vary between 9:15am-4:15pm Monday to Thursday and 9:15am-5:15pm on Fridays. It is essential that you can work at short notice, travel between locations with minimal notice, and be flexible regarding working hours.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Helping customers find suitable products and services that best match their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customized customer service experience every step of the way.
  • Assisting customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions, and being responsible for ensuring all customer details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Demonstrating Smarter Banking options to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure.
  • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development.
