
Senior Hotel Operations Leader

As a Senior Hotel Operations Leader, you will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and profitable function. This role demands focus on every department, requiring active engagement and stakeholder management.
You will be responsible for managing revenue, recruiting & training, customer service, and financial targets, while leading and developing your team to achieve hotel profitability and success.
Key responsibilities include driving changes and improvements in performance, implementing strategies in line with business objectives, and creating strong relationships with stakeholders, guests, and regional shared services.
Additionally, you will maintain excellent product and service standards while maximizing revenue and balancing expenses, fostering a positive customer sentiment by recruiting and developing an engaged team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage revenue, recruiting & training, customer service, and financial targets
- Lead and develop your team to ensure hotel profitability and success
- Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives
- Create strong relationships with stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services
- Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximising revenue and balancing expenses
- Foster a positive customer sentiment by recruiting and developing an engaged team
- Act as a liaison within the local community, representing the hospitality industry and fostering community engagement
- Demonstrate prior Operational, Hotel or General Manager experience and understanding across departments and stakeholder management
- Create environments where teams are encouraged and motivated to perform at their best each day
- Display confidence in cultivating strong relationships, addressing challenging situations, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality
- Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skilled and thoughtful strategy
- Comprehension of key metrics impacting hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top-line revenue and motivate teams
- Past experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting is desirable
- Hold current Real Estate license (Class 1) (advantageous, not crucial)
