Midweight Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated midweight level Designer to join our design team in Alexandria, Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering customized brochures, layouts, and print materials for real estate agents.

The Role:
  • Work closely with the design team to develop and deliver customized print solutions
  • Design brochures, layouts, and marketing materials tailored for real estate agents
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure brand consistency across all designs
  • Provide support with some admin and customer service tasks
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets within set budgets
  • Offer innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the team's creative output
Ideal Experience:
  • Relevant design degree and 3–4 years of experience in a similar design role
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience in print and layout design, ideally within the real estate or property marketing sectors
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
  • A flair for adding creativity to more routine design tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A team player with leadership potential to assist the design team where needed
