Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and contribute to the success of our restaurant. As an ideal candidate, you should have 1-2 years of experience in Indian cuisine and be proficient in managing kitchen staff, inventory, and menu planning.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality food standards by monitoring ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our head chef to develop new menu items, specials, and seasonal dishes.
  • Supervise cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our management team to plan menus, manage costs, and coordinate events.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Proficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
