We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Sporting Globe. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are cooked to the highest standard and served on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals to the venue's recipe and plating guides.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation and secondary duties.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the head chef and other kitchen staff to achieve team goals.
  • Clean and organize the kitchen and stock holding areas.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
