Job Title: Production Co-Ordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a key support role to the wider team undertaking administrative tasks under the direction of the Production Manager on duty.

Liaising with clients production companies and external suppliers is a crucial part of this role.

Coordinators will import future TV schedules into internal workflow tools and check work lists to ensure accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Service delivery Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses.
  • Operational excellence Identify ongoing resource requirements and actively support the Production Manager who is managing service delivery on the day.
  • Key Performance Indicators Facilitate file work allocation using our central database and communicate with captioners and audio describers around availability of resources.

This is a home-based role with occasional attendance required at our office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn different software and platforms.
