Job Opportunity: Material Executive

We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Material Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Traffic Manager - Materials in the management of the national TV Material Team and daily operational functions of the TV Material Team.

About the Job
  • Assist with training and development of new staff members
  • Provide support to ensure priority is provided as required for late changes
  • Maintain clear communication, written and verbal, when liaising with both internal and external clients and stakeholders
  • In any absence of the Traffic Manager -Materials, oversee the TV Material Team to ensure daily tasks are completed within required time frames

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Operations

The Material Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the TV Material Team. This includes:

  1. Coordinating material logistics and delivery
  2. Managing team workflow and priorities
  3. Providing technical assistance and support as needed
