About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our automated distribution centre, which will utilize world-class technology to modernize our Supply Chain.

As a specialist, you will provide support in the management of our brand-new automated DC's hardware and systems, ensuring full resolution of any issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the setup, implementation, and maintenance of onsite IT hardware
  • Escalating P1 and P2 issues through to Helpdesk and P1 notification through to management
  • Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure they align with standards
  • Tracking I.T. assets and managing the asset life cycle for the ADC
  • Creating and completing relevant reports and analysis
  • Assisting and providing input in the review of the ADC documentation and procedures
  • Researching emerging technologies to improve and optimize efficiency and effectiveness
About You and Your Skills

Requirements Include:

  • Understanding of Supply Chain Systems, Hardware, and processes, including Warehouse and Labour Management systems
  • A strong customer service and administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
  • Experience managing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT software and hardware
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholder groups
  • A familiarity with working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Tertiary qualification in I.T. or related areas preferred
