HSEQ Graduate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HSEQ professional to contribute to our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on industry experience and develop real-life skills in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of project tenders and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
  • Advise site personnel on the implementation of an HSEQ management plan.
  • Maintain the HSEQ Risk Register and Hazard Management Program.
  • Facilitate and participate in Risk Assessment Workshops and associated actions for all site activities.
  • Conduct risk-based inspections and auditing to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Promote continuous improvement and facilitate initiatives to enhance the HSEQ management system.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HSEQ or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ICAM training (advantageous).
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certification as a White Card holder.
