PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join the HSEQ team to provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage system where standard process and reporting tools are housed and utilised accordingly
- Implement methods so product quality in all stages of vehicle handling is of the highest order and meets/ exceeds customer expectation
- Input, development and review of management system policies, manuals, procedures work instructions, SWMS/JSA to identify areas of improvement
- Identify, plan and deliver HSEQ training requirements, technical support, coaching and mentoring
- Implement LEAN principles
- Conduct internal product, facility and HSEQ audits as well as collate and distribute relevant reporting
- Coordinate and/or conduct process and HSEQ inspections
- Participate in incident investigations and identification of corrective actions
- Monitor and consult the workforce on HSEQ changes to processes, documentation and best practice
- Ensure HSEQ failures, weaknesses, risks and incidents are reported, investigated with preventative actions implemented

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Certificate in Internal Auditing
- Strong Workcover claims management experience
- Understanding of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)
- Understanding of LEAN principles
- At least two years' experience in a HSEQ role
