Community Care Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based care in the community. This permanent part-time role will see you working with clients in their homes, supporting them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication administering.
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing through home care packages and short-term restorative care.
  • Work remotely throughout your community, ensuring efficient daily workload planning and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (must-have).
  • Minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care.
  • Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous/current roles.
  • Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
  • Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and flu vaccination (preferred).
