Delivering Compassionate Nursing Care
">Respect Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a part-time capacity. Our organisation has a proud history of serving older residents through high-quality care and community engagement.
">Our focus is on fostering communities of belonging, where everyone deserves a life well-lived with dignity and respect. We operate across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania, with home care services and retirement villages in multiple states.
">The Role:
">- Deliver safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency standards.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Compile comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery.
- Administer medications and ensure correct ordering, storage, and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
">- Successful completion of a minimum Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
- Knowledge of residential classification scales and aged care standards.
