Strategic Change Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our Technology & Transformation team.
About the Role:In this pivotal position, you will partner with various divisions across the bank to successfully manage the change delivery of an enterprise-wide risk & compliance program.
You will develop strong stakeholder relationships, effectively direct change resources, identify and resolve change issues and risks, and produce realistic and robust change management plans at a project and program level.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the implementation of the change strategy and activities by advocating, assessing, and leading the delivery of the change management strategy.
- Ensure alignment of program change initiatives with the overarching program's strategic approach.
- Lead change management efforts as a people leader, overseeing Change Managers and Change Analysts.
- Represent project and program-level change at change and governance forums when required.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis to inform detailed stakeholder management.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager with a solid background in Financial Services projects and/or complex transformation programs.
You will be a strategic thinker who can align change initiatives with overarching goals and regulatory requirements.
Your leadership skills will enable you to inspire and guide teams through periods of change, and your exceptional communication abilities will facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and front-line employees.
