Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and exceptional care for families.

  • Support the Centre Director with leadership and management duties
  • Assist with daily operations, staff rosters, and centre documentation
  • Mentor educators and promote a positive, team-focused culture
  • Evaluate and maintain centre standards of quality, safety, and care

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months' experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection Certificate
  • Experience or interest in a leadership/management pathway
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
