Job Description:
  • Operational Leadership: You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, systems, and processes to ensure smooth and high-quality centre operations.
  • Compliance: Oversee centres' adherence to policies, licensing, legislation, regulations, NQF, EYLF, and NQS standards.
  • Team Management & Development: Guide and support staff in professional growth, performance, and achievement of individual goals.

You will work closely with Centre Directors to ensure high-quality early learning experiences, compliance with standards, and strong team performance across all centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
  2. Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Lead and manage teams to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Maintain safe and welcoming environments for children, families, staff, and visitors.
  5. Monitor and improve centre occupancy rates and quality performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-recognised equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education;
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres;
  • Full driver's license;
  • Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
