  • Championing inclusive employment practices and workforce diversity">
  • Engaging with employers to address skill shortages and promote inclusive recruitment">
  • Brokering work experience to build participants' skills and assess employer-client compatibility">
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training">
  • Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion">
  • Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities">
  • Promoting Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals">

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (desirable)">
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively">
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions">
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills">
  • Current Driver's License (essential)">
