We're a leading provider of disability and rehabilitation services, selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia program.

The Role

You'll work with individuals to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You'll understand their strengths and aspirations, offer tailored guidance, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability or health condition.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote our services supporting individuals with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet performance benchmarks.
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a passion for employment services. You're confident supporting individuals, building trust, and guiding them into careers.
