We're seeking a skilled coach to join our team in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their career goals.


The Role:

This role is focused on sourcing and creating career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. You'll work closely with participants to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.


  • Source and create career opportunities for clients.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote our organisation as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet performance benchmarks.
  • Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You:

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A current driver's license is required.
