
Strategic Brand Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-impact position that requires someone who can effectively lead the development and execution of brand strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring plans to life across retail and channel activation.
Key Responsibilities- Define brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and long-term growth strategy
- Lead innovation and renovation pipelines through the stage-gate process
- Partner with sales and trade teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage P&L drivers including pricing, margin, and mix optimisation
- Mentor and support a small team, building capability and pace
We are looking for an experienced marketer with deep expertise in FMCG, consumer goods, or related B2B/consumer sectors. The successful candidate will possess:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles within FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries
- Strong track record in new product development (NPD), category management, and portfolio growth
- Commercial acumen and ability to link strategy with financial outcomes
- Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
- Experience leading and coaching others with a collaborative, low-ego style
