The Head of Brand role is a dynamic opportunity to act as the custodian of our brand, managing its continuous evolution across all visual and experiential touch points with customers.
This position works to shape the heritage and history of our active wear brand, positioning us as a leader in the space. From ideation to final execution, you will bring to life our founder's vision, identifying trends and brand moments in local and international markets in line with our core values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that embody our values, align with our founder's vision, and educate customers on product benefits.
- Concept and sign off on creative campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and strong visual storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect our aesthetic and market trends.
- Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
- Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
- Innovate to optimise campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
- Spearhead the evolution of our visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
- Develop and execute a long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
- Ability to interact with high-profile influencers and partners.
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership.
- A creative and strategic thinker.
- Passion for health, fitness, and fashion.
- International experience across multiple cultures and demographics.
- Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies.
