Customer Experience Ambassador

Our Casual Concierge will support the Clubhouse team in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our members. This role involves welcoming guests, responding to concerns, connecting members with services, and ensuring the Clubhouse is maintained in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting at the Welcome Desk
- Providing assistance to the Clubhouse team with member administration
- Welcoming Hub members and guests in a courteous manner and assisting them in finding their way
- Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk are clean, presentable, and free of clutter
- Following check-in and check-out procedures for guests of members
- Assisting members with queries and connecting them with the appropriate person on the team
- Supporting the Community & Operations Lead with events in the space, including wine-down
- Space tasks: keeping the Clubhouse looking beautiful and clean through regular space checks, alerting teams for maintenance requests, resetting spaces, and completing projects around the space
We seek candidates with experience in fast-paced customer service environments, particularly front desk experience in high-end hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with members, and possess a genuine passion for managing client relationships.
Additional desirable qualities include presentation skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities, highly organized nature with excellent attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
