**About the Role**

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at REO Group in Sydney. With a strong grounding in Property and Casualty Insurance, you will have the opportunity to lead accounts across Corporate Insurance with a specific focus on the Construction and Mining sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing and advising at executive level for mid to large sized organisations in Australia and beyond. You will be responsible for providing risk transfer advice and guidance to organisations within the Construction & Mining sector, building trust and integrity with key markets, and attending industry events and conferences representing the business as a key member of the broking team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide risk transfer advice and guidance to organisations within the Construction & Mining sector across Industrial Special Risks (ISR), Liability, Management Liability and Contract Works
  • Build trust and integrity with key markets, ensuring innovative solutions and choice is made available to clients
  • Attend industry events, conferences and sector events representing the business as a key member of the broking team

**Requirements**

  • Strong grounding in Property and Casualty Insurance with the ability to influence and advise at executive level for mid to large sized organisations in Australia and beyond
  • Demonstration of consistency and advancement within an Account Management environment ideally within a Corporate Insurance Broker
  • Excellent ability to influence and negotiate to secure the best possible solutions for clients

**What We Offer**

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary package of AU$160,000 – 200,000 + Super + Incentives, reflecting your expertise and dedication to the field.
