Job Summary

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration and outstanding employee experience.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute onboarding strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage asset distribution, ensuring timely delivery and effective utilization of resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information from multiple sources.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business leaders, payroll, HR services, and senior management, providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including position descriptions, letters of offer, and employment agreements, adhering to company policies and regulations.
