As a result of continued growth, SEE Group is seeking experienced Project Managers or Senior Project Engineers to join our Urban Development Team working on large subdivision projects in the Greater Brisbane region.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree, a Construction White Card, and 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Responsible for the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works.
  • Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Responsible for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant, and equipment required.
  • Lead and support the project team through project activities and any changes to the project scope.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training of relevant staff and identifying and developing staff within the department.
  • Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
  • Ensure that plant, equipment, staff, and subcontractors operate within safe working conditions.
