**Factual Investigator Role**

We are seeking a skilled Factual Investigator to conduct Workers Compensation or CTP Investigations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Factual Investigator, your day will be varied and flexible. You will attend upon employers, client sites, or accident locations; interview key parties and take statements; collate relevant evidence and perform scene inspections; gather documents and produce detailed reports; maintain effective communication with our support team and clients as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct investigations into Workers Compensation and CTP claims

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate III in Investigations (desired)
  • Investigators Licence (desired)
  • Current and valid driver's licence and vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work within strict time frames
