This position plays a pivotal part in designing and implementing data analytics frameworks, visualisation dashboards, and workforce insights to enable informed strategic decision-making.

  • Extract and analyse human capital data utilising advanced SQL and software solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards/reports to ensure compliance with legislation, organisational policies, and agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable workforce intelligence.
  • Deliver insightful analytics and workforce trends that inform strategic planning.
  • Provide documentation, guidance, and support to enhance reporting capabilities within the organisation.
