Comprehensive HR Services Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Lead to deliver comprehensive HR services and ensure compliance with policies and values.

  • Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Provide HR support with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Assist in performance management and training development initiatives
  • Develop and monitor HR policies for legal compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare timely reports
About You

Applicants should possess a relevant HR qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Human Resources) and at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and enterprise agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently and collaboratively
