We are seeking a skilled Operations and Scheduling Professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in administrative duties and a passion for problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including rostering, timesheets, and site coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster management, timesheet processing, and site coverage coordination
  • Contributing to onboarding processes, policies, and procedures
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Issuing employment contracts and compliance documents
  • Providing administrative support and 24-hour operations assistance

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and intermediate computer skills. They will also have experience in administrative duties and similar field experience is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in administration and problem-solving
  • Flexible working options available, including weekend shifts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
