Wagga Wagga, Australia Level Group ANZ Full time

Key Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails from customers and suppliers. You will create new quotes and follow up in agreed time frames to drive conversion. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling new jobs to relevant skilled field team members, ensuring ongoing communication with customers on the progress of jobs where necessary.

You will liaise with the field team to ensure the right information is being provided for each job in a timely fashion, managing pending, progress, and completed jobs lists to meet KPIs. Accurate records and documentation of customer service actions and discussions will be maintained.

You will also be responsible for creating and following up on purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure materials are readily available for jobs to be completed. This includes the completion of CCEW's and other job safety documentation, maintaining job and personnel safety records, and providing support to management as directed.

To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Experience in a trade business is beneficial, but not essential. Familiarity with Simpro or other job management software is also an advantage.

It is essential that you are currently living in Australia with relevant visa or residency rights to work, as overseas applicants will not be accepted.

Benefits

You will enjoy flexible working hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided, along with four weeks of annual leave. You will have the chance to work with a local family-run business, contributing to the success of Level Group ANZ.
