Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Coordinator at CBRE, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the centre management team and assisting with financial tasks and leasing administration efforts. Your duties will include creating purchase orders, reviewing daily running sheets, and processing invoices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in property management, lease administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of commercial leases, licenses, and property documentation.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Highly organized with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of finance administration.
