Guest Services Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a Guest Services role at our apartment hotel in Caloundra. As a Guest Services team member, you will be responsible for handling front office reception and housekeeping duties with professionalism and warmth.

About the Job

This is a dual-role position that offers variety and flexibility in your day-to-day tasks. You will work as part of a small, supportive team where excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. No two days are the same, and your contribution will directly impact the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests with a friendly and can-do attitude.
  • Assist with cleaning and room servicing as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in rooms and public areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hotel front office or housekeeping roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of RMS systems.
