Job Summary

The Administration Officer is a key role within the service team, providing administrative support and customer service to families and children.

This is a permanent full-time position based in a picturesque seaside town, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with human resources, records management, finance, travel, and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional front-facing customer service by responding to phone calls and addressing front counter enquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage financial processes, including procurement, ordering, payments of accounts, petty cash, Carepay, and monthly monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Support HR processes in accordance with current legislation and departmental policies.
  • Assist with cultural events and provide cultural support to the Service Centre, while maintaining positive communication with key stakeholders and knowledge holders.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
