We are seeking a highly skilled Subcontractor Coordinator to join our team.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of complex engineering projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Subcontracts Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of subcontracts documents.

  • Register and qualify subcontracts through software systems.
  • Evaluate bids and negotiate best available price/discount from selected bidder.
  • Liaise with package engineers to action relevant engineering items in supplier/subcontract progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors.

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or Construction Management and Economics (CM&E) is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience as a commercial or contracts advisor on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
  • Knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract management, and procurement principles.
