Job Title: Subcontractor Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and coordinate tasks allocated to subcontractors. A strong ability to build and maintain working relationships will be crucial for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will be based at our Henderson site and play a key role in the delivery of maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all tasks allocated to subcontractors, ensuring efficient project completion.
  • Become adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships with team members and external partners.
  • Solve problems and negotiate effectively to drive results.
Requirements:
  • A Trade or Project Management background or a Certificate IV in Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting and purchasing systems, such as SAP or similar software.
  • Ability to develop daily operation schedules and deconflict activities efficiently.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shift work and irregular patterns to meet production needs.
  • Possession of a General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Holding a Current Motor Vehicle Drivers' Licence.
  • Australian Defence Security Clearance.
