Fleet Operations Coordinator

The Fleet Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning and executing daily fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries to customers. Key responsibilities include developing efficient scheduling systems, coordinating with internal stakeholders such as drivers and subcontractors, and managing driver rosters to meet company standards.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fleet management or a related field is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the Perth metropolitan area and its transportation infrastructure is required.
  • Familiarity with OHS regulations, safety procedures, and quality systems is necessary.
  • Knowledge of transport industry regulations, including Chain of Responsibility and Load Restraint, is also required.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and schedule daily operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  2. Manage driver rosters and monitor driver activities to meet company standards.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including drivers and subcontractors.
  4. Record daily activities, reconcile subcontractor payments, and assist with KPI recording.
