Salesforce Architect Position

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, conducting architectural reviews, defining system and application architecture, and overseeing platform governance and performance optimization.

About This Role:
You will work with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver integrated solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, combined with your ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, will enable you to drive platform and technology option analysis. You will also mentor delivery teams and support technical up-skilling across engagements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments. A certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (or working towards it) with deep understanding of platform design principles is required. Additionally, you should have experience leading architecture for digital transformation projects and large-scale Salesforce implementations. Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions is essential. You should also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
