About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grants and Beneficiaries Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Grants Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the allocation of our annual fundraising total.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure grant information, data, and financials are up-to-date. You will also be responsible for managing grants-related administration tasks, including applications, acquittals, reporting, record-keeping, and communications.

In addition, you will be expected to manage our grants inbox and general phone queries, as well as support in the development of impact updates for donors. You will also liaise with our charity beneficiaries and manage the expression of interest process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support grant application process to allocate annual fundraising total
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) to ensure grant information, data, and financials are up-to-date
  • Manage grants-related administration tasks, including applications, acquittals, reporting, record-keeping, and communications
  • Manage grants inbox and general phone queries
  • Support in development of impact updates for donors
  • Liaise with charity beneficiaries
  • Manage expression of interest process

About You:

  • Passionate about making a difference in children's health and wellbeing
  • Experience in Salesforce (highly desirable)
  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in the non-for-profit sector with an understanding of fundraising
  • Experience in managing grants and stakeholder management
