The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance A-Grade Electrician to join our growing team in Melbourne. You will work across a large client base consisting of high-end commercial buildings, industrial sites, government, council, and the tertiary and higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Responding to reactive works, including urgent responses when needed
- General electrical repairs and alterations
- Completing or assisting with small to medium project works for our clients
- Organizational skills to prioritize both reactive and planned workloads
- Experience with commercial service and maintenance work
- Ability to complete reports for preventative maintenance tasks in Excel and work on supplied tablets
- Ability to work autonomously and fault-find/problem-solve when required
- Customer service skills to deal directly with clients such as facilities maintenance managers and tenants
