About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Create and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business;
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation;
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met;
  • Handle all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue;
  • Develop and nurture professional long-term relationships with key personnel;
  • Evaluate all processes and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and projects are profitable;
  • Understand Adelphi Digital's services and effectively communicate all offerings to clients;
  • Demonstrate consistent delivery against targets;
  • Represent Adelphi Digital and the team professionally.

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Hold an undergraduate/bachelor degree in communication, marketing, or international business;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in account/project management;
  • Have experience delivering client-focused solutions;
  • Be goal-oriented, persistent, and able to make things happen;
  • Lead by example and inspire the team;
  • Have outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Possess a high level of initiative and work well in a team environment;
  • Bring a successful history of direct new business sales.
