Are you ready to drive digital transformation and enhance audience engagement at a prestigious cultural institution? As the Digital Experience Strategist, you will lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee the implementation of a new digital experience platform. You will be at the forefront of modernising user experience, integrating content from multiple CMSs into a single cohesive system, and establishing a unified digital visual identity.

Your Role:

  • Lead Digital Strategy: You will guide the execution of a Digital Transformation Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing digital engagement across all platforms.
  • Platform Selection: You will have the critical responsibility of selecting the most suitable digital experience platform, evaluating options such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Optimizely, or Kentico to best meet the organisation's needs.
  • Platform Integration: You will oversee the migration of several CMS platforms to the new CMS Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced user experiences.
  • Team Leadership: You will manage a talented digital team, providing mentorship and strategic direction to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute digital transformation across multiple channels, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive Experience: You have over 7 years of experience in digital project management, product development, and change management within a digital environment.
  • Strategic Vision: You possess a strong understanding of contemporary and emerging digital technologies and have experience in developing and delivering innovative digital experience platforms.
  • Technical Expertise: You have experience with DAMS, MAMS, CRM systems, Service Now, AV Codecs, Cloud/ File Delivery Platforms and streaming services, and you are adept at integrating multiple digital platforms into a cohesive system.
  • Leadership Skills: You excel in leading multidisciplinary teams and have exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
