Job Title: Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Assistant to support the success of our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex tasks, and providing exceptional support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal events, social activities, and volunteering efforts
  • Manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and reorganize as needed
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the company and externally
  • Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information
  • Maintain executive schedules by planning meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interface with customers and employees at all levels
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to organize and prioritize requests within a fast-paced environment
  • Desire and ability to work as a team member
  • Judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
