
Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support daily operations. As a business operations assistant, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate fiscal records, and administering branch transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or Accounting, Australian Citizenship, PR, or New Zealand Citizenship, effective written and verbal communication skills, and intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
Responsibilities:- Transaction Processing: Process daily financial transactions and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Fiscal Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate fiscal records, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Branch Administration: Administer branch transactions, products, and services, providing administrative and secretarial support as needed.
- Education: Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Citizenship: Australian Citizenship, PR, or New Zealand Citizenship.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
