Leadership Opportunity in Home Nursing

This is an exciting chance to lead a service with significant growth and a thriving new home maternity service, working collaboratively with our healthcare partners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The Role:
  • Leads and fosters a culture of continuous improvement where all patient encounters drive a memorable patient experience, underpinned by excellence and safety in care.
  • Monitors, analyses, and reports variances and trends in clinical data to continuously improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
  • Contributes to policy and procedure development to optimise clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Promotes the integration of service models with hospitals to deliver seamless care in the community and ambulatory setting.
  • Acts as a champion for evidence-based practice, including research and quality activities to improve patients' care in the home setting.
  • Participates in, contributes to and implements quality improvement and risk management into all aspects of service.
Requirements:
  • Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Tertiary qualification in nursing, management and/or relevant discipline.
  • Recent acute clinical experience in home nursing.
  • State drivers license, Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
